Simo Amzil has been involved in California Real Estate sales since 1997 with focus on commercial & investment properties. In addition to Amzil Acquisitions, Simo is the president and owner of Pinnacle Investment Properties, Inc. and prior to that, Simo was the Senior Vice President at TRI Commercial. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

Simo has built many successful client relationships fueled by his persistent, result-oriented professionalism. Many of his clients wanted to invest in real estate, but did not want to do it alone and definitely preferred not to deal with tenants, maintenance and bank loans. He soon shifted his focus to creating passive real estate investments venues.

While servicing his real estate clients, Simo also found time to invest in homes, apartment building, single tenant commercial and mixed-use buildings. More recently Simo has focused on building his own personal real estate portfolio. To that end he has founded Amzil Acquisitions in order to devote more time and attention to managing and expanding his real estate portfolio.

Simo is directly involved in the company’s day to day operations as well as long-term strategic planning.
