Amzil Acquisitions, LLC. is a boutique - family owned real estate investment company that focuses on the acquisition, renovation and repositioning of multifamily, mixed-use and commercial properties. We also consider single-family homes in certain areas. We specialize in value-add opportunities and under-performing properties to improve and redevelop. We are continually looking for new investment properties and opportunities throughout California. We make disciplined Real Estate investments and add value through thoughtful improvements and repositioning. This involves developing a plan to address the specific needs of each property including façade, interior renovations, potential structural upgrades, rehabilitation and asset management.
